We’re currently searching for an experienced program manager to join our ranks and continue this tradition. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure all project components are integrated and aligned for success.
- Monitor project progress, analyze performance metrics, and adjust strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes
- Identify potential obstacles and develop proactive solutions to keep projects on track and within scope.
- Develop and implement program strategies that align with the company’s goals, including resource allocation, risk management, and timeline forecasting.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, status reports, and performance metrics.
- Communicate project updates effectively to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software
- Experience in proposal writing.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; high school degree preferred.
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and present program reports for the leadership team for reviews.
