- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to enhance our employer brand and promote our company culture to attract top talent
- Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track hiring progress, evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, and identify areas for improvement
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, proposing innovative ideas to improve our recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships with hiring managers.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional credential, such as HR Certification Institute
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
